What I love most about your practice is how fun and playful it is. You have the yummiest transitions, and you're really good and putting a flow together. I especially love how you hit almost every nook and cranny in the body when you're going through a flow, it's not just focused on one thing even if the flow is mostly geared towards a certain area, they all feel well rounded and mindfully put together! I also love how readily available you are to answer and questions or even just reaching out to you to chat! Or give thanks for the progress! It's incredibly encouraging and what keeps me motivated. I also love that it feels like I'm flowing with a friend!
