Hey bean — this is just a lil message from me to you about “Play-time” You’ll see this within our schedule twice and ive also recommended you taking some time here and there outside of the program to do this as well. Practice and play, with wherever youre at — so much comes from exploring, going through some trial and error. So when you see “Play-time” on the schedule, decide what you’d like to focus on and spend 15-30 minutes on it. This can look like practicing your headstand holds - working up to that 60 second check point we’ve talked about in our headstand tutorial, this could be working at the wall, stand alone drills on your mat or this can be simply working with an entry of choice into the shape it-self. Choose the option that suits your practice *right now — remember the long way is the shortcut, so choose the option that will serve you best today.
